This is one of the most amazing nail art ideas I've ever seen. It's from Teen Vogue and I would do it on my own nails but I've just painted them! The DIY instructions requires a bit of skill and a steady-hand so I suggest painting the nails before drawing the line on.
It almost looks fake, a bit Barbie doll-like, I think using a matte pink and a shiny black would emphasize the effect.
